Audubon Park

Originally developed in the ‘50s, Audubon Park catered to the needs of soldiers stationed at Orlando’s Air Force base. More recently, this centrally located community has emerged as one of Orlando’s most desirable neighborhoods with one-of-a-kind homes, lakes, and highly rated schools. At its core is the Audubon Park Garden District, an award-winning shopping and dining eco-district with vintage shops, craft beer bars, bakeries, and restaurants. Audubon Park also features the acclaimed Leu Gardens, a 50-acre botanical wonderland.
