Delaney Park

Located just two miles south of downtown Orlando, the Delaney Park neighborhood borders the 43-acre Lake Lancaster. Winter Park

A 20-minute drive northeast of Orlando brings you to the idyllic City of Winter Park. With 12 lakes and 2,781 acres of waterways, the area offers outdoor enthusiasts endless possibilities. Winter Park also is home to Rollins College. The four-year, liberal arts college and its museum invigorates the area’s thriving arts culture. The epicenter of Winter Park is Park Avenue.
